The RELEA is a journal published in electronic format and free access. It publishes original articles of empirical research, theoretical essays and reviews of interest to the field of Astronomy Education in Portuguese, Spanish and English. It serves an audience of researchers and graduate students in the areas of Science Education, School of Natural Sciences, Pedagogy students and Degrees in the field of Natural Sciences or Geography, in-service teachers and other professionals of Basic Education and High School involved in Science Education.

Other Information The journal goal is to provide methodological support and foster the development of research in Latin American countries; compensate for the lack of specific publication in research in Astronomy Education; be a space for dissemination of production of Latin American countries in this area; meet educators, researchers and students of Astronomy, the various levels of education by providing them with methodological support and content; and foster the development of research in the area of Astronomy Education in Latin American countries.
